We have just bought a property through milburys in Wotton. The team were lovely to deal with especially Claire who kept us informed where we were with the sellers solicitor which then enabled me to chase mine. They were very quick to answer any questions I had. Working together we managed to buy the property in 6 weeks from offer to completion also beating the increase in stamp duty by the skin of our teeth.
