This stunning barn conversion is one of a clutch of rural properties centred around what was formerly the ‘home farm’ and ‘kitchen garden’ to neighbouring 'Eastwood Park', all approached along an impressive tree-line avenue. There is character in abundance, with high vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. It sits beside a private courtyard shared with the neighbouring properties. Generous manicured gardens behind of a sunny (weather permitting aspect) with an al-fresco bar area – perfect for entertaining family and friends. The living accommodation includes a fantastic, vaulted living room with a wood-burning stove and French doors to the garden. The fabulous kitchen/dining/family room again has French doors, a range of quality fitted cabinets and integrated appliances, a breakfast bar and room for soft furnishings. There are four bedrooms - the principal bedroom with French doors to its own private garden area (currently with hot-tub!). All completed by two bathrooms, each with a shower over the bath. Parking is to the front plus additional space to the side with generous storage sheds and raised beds. The garage space has been upgraded to double-up as a home office. A real one off and no onward chain – don’t miss out!
