We had a lovely experience with renting mine and my partners first house, we visited Milbury’s and asked if we could view the house with very little notice as we were only in the area for the day. They were very helpful and had lovely positive attitudes, they made it work for us and we visited the house within the hour. We loved it and said we would be happy to go ahead with it if possible, they got back to us that same day saying it has been agreed and to start the paperwork, any questions we had they answered very quickly and were super helpful it was much appreciated and made the process very smooth for us !
