We had our property on the market for 10 months with another agent without any offers, we switched it to Milburys and within 6 weeks it was sold. We had the simplest chain, vacant possession and a cash buyer. However, the buyer's solicitor was awful, never available, slow at responding, asking unnecessary questions - it just felt they were trying to delay the purchase for some reason. Milburys were fantastic (Maia in particular), constantly badgering them and really pushing the sale along, I am confident it would have dragged on for several more months without their intervention. I would definitely recommend Milburys and would certainly use them again.
